Are there any restrictions on what can be advertised?

Only real estate related companies are allowed to submit ads.

We don't allow images/links to pornographic, racial hatred or any similar websites that might be considered offensive. If you submit an image or link that is later found to break this condition, you will be asked to provide an alternative. NO money will be refunded and the pixels will be rent to another party if you are unable to provide an alternative link/image.

Can I change my pixel information?

Absolutely. You can change your pixel image, text, url and email address on your own via your user login account anytime but please keep in mind that your url must be a real estate relate service. The picture must be a GIF, JPG or PNG format, and NOT be animated and can be up to 250 KB in file size.. Please be aware that you need to have the Copyrights of the image you are providing. All new pixel changes are subject to administration approval.

How does MLS advertising work?

Now, any real estate agent with direct access to their local MLS can link his/her website MLS link to our page. This service is absolutely FREE. The only obligation is that you put a return link on your site.

Rental Agreement

Only real estate related companies are allowed to submit ads. Payments: Your first payment begins your subscription, and is auto-renewed every 30 days for $12.99 per ad. (Your billing cycle will start on the same day you make your first payment, and will auto-renew every 30 days from that date.)
Cancellation policy: You're welcome to cancel your ad at anytime, but we do not give refunds once the ad has already posted. Upon cancellation, your ad will remain on our site until the end of the billing cycle (unless requested otherwise.)
When you rent a 10,000 square, you will not have sole rights to that square. You do not 'own' any part of the square you rent on "TheTopRealEstateAgents.com". Your ad must be 100 x 100 pixels in size. If your link is accepted you cannot get a refund.
No obscene/offensive/adult links will be accepted, and we decide what is appropriate. Links must abide by the terms and conditions stated on this site. If you submit a link that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise your money will be refunded and you will lose your advertisement spot. No obscene/offensive/adult graphics either. If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene/adult material then your link will be removed until you provide a new one, and you will not get a refund of any kind for the link downtime.
Links must be to web pages only and begin with http:// You must have the authority to provide the link for the website you submit There might be occasional downtime for site maintenance but we'll try and keep these to a minimum We make no guarantees to the amount or quality of the traffic you will receive.
Your ad will be placed on the main page of your selected state based on when you made the purchase. You can tell us a spot you prefer, but there are no guarantees that you will get that spot. Ads are placed first come first served from top to bottom and left to right. If your selected spot is taken, your ad will be placed to the next available spot.
All payments are made with paypal and are subscription payments. We reserve the right to add as many rows of free or paid ads as we see fit. Your link will almost always go live within 12 hours. But it could take longer. Never more that 36 hours or you can ask for a refund.
